Yes, definitely! I highly recommend it.... first thing I did. Make it easy on yourself, clone the drive using an external cable and AOMEI Backupper: http://www.backup-utility.com/download-for-win7.html

Seeing as this comes from the manufacturer with a HDD I would not recommend trying to change out the hard drive!
