“Does the resolution of the laptop make streaming slower? How's webcam? i read somewhere that because of its clear resolution, it sacrifices the speed of the laptop when it's streaming videos or playing games? I was looking forward to a good display, but it's a make it or break it if I play a video at 360-480p and it becomes stuttery or slow. Also during gaming, I like to keep medium settings without lag... :/ I skype a lot, so I wanted to know how the webcam was? Average? Works pretty well on video chat?”

The resolution on your laptop's display is more associated with what type of video card you have inside your PC, how much RAM you have, and how powerful your CPU is. Most important though, a Laptop that has a "dedicated and discreet" video card instead of "integrated video" means your display will look sharper, stream more crisp clear videos, and will be plenty powerful to Skype, play games at higher refresh rates without any lag. The Screen itself is only using what your PC has inside of it. Any PC that has: - Dual Core or Quad Core ( examples - i 3, i 5, i 7) - 6 GB Ram at 1600 MHz or higher DDR3 - A "Dedicated Discreet" Video Card with 2 GB of Dedicated RAM All of the above will make your PC experience enjoyable.
