- Answer There is no activation fee, you just have to pay for your first month's service at the time of activation since this is prepaid. But there are no extra fees.

QuestionI locked myself out of my phone by forgetting and entering too many wrong answers. My sim said it was locked. I still have almost three weeks of service, I bought a sim kit, will i be able to use it and use the rest of my 30 day plan I have?

- Answer The Total Wireless website will walk you through the checking process to determine if your phone is compatible. You provide the IMEI number of your phone and they validate it. If you're validated, just purchase the sim card, insert it in your phone, and follow the instructions on the sim card packaging. Best Buy sells the sim cards for $1.

QuestionWe're getting screwed over with Consumer Cellular, both lines went from$55.00 bill, to $86.00 bill. 25 GB, We probably could get by on 5-10 together. $1.00 card apiece? or why can I pick up? My plan will probably shut off 09-01.Done with Consumer Cellular

- Answer With consumer cellular you can change data allowance with app anytime you see you may not use the greatest data allowance therefore also lowering your plan costs
