is this phone unlocked so i can use it with page plus null

I put my T-Mobile Sim card in this phone and it said T-Mobile in the notification drop bar and it would let me text with my T-Mobile number and I could choose the default messaging app for my T-Mobile number but in the notifications it said sim not Verizon sim not recognized and it also would not allow me to make calls but I could text and use the mobile data I also couldn't call my voice mail.

all Verizon's phones are unlocked by default. i've never seen one that wasn't. if you encounter a snafu with the unlocking features you can call Verizon customer service and they have no problem helping you with it.
