QuestionHow long does it need to be in the sun?? Before it can charge a cell phone??

- Answer As we detail in the manual we do not recommend using solar charging as primary means of charging the item, we suggest you use the solar charging feature as an Emergency option to charge the item AFTER you have charged the item fully using charging cable. it would take upwards of 3-4 days to fully charge the item using only 7-8 hrs of optimal sunlight per day. From 0% it would take about 3-5 minutes before you can charge a device using the powerpack.

Questioncan this unit power 2 usb devices simultaneously , say an Mp3 player and a very small set of USB powered speakers ? i see what looks like possibly 2 USB ports , but they are under protective flaps , and the description does not say 2 USB out ports?

- Answer Yes, it does have two powerful USB ports and the can easily power up both of those devices you need to charger pretty quickly.

- Answer It takes approx. 50hrs (daylight) to charge a 20,000 mah battery pack using only solar power. Formula is Battery capacity (20,000mah) divided by Solar Panel Rating (400mA)= 50hrs

- Answer The formula for this answer is Powerbank Capacity (20,000mah) divided by Solar Panel rating (400ma) Your answer is 50 hours. Powerbank capacity and Panel ratings can be found on the lower back side of the product.
