“Under specifications, this item states it has 24 PoE ports, but according to the manufacturer, this model does not provide PoE to any ports. Which is it? I've ordered and nowhere on the box does it state anything about PoE.”

JB Thank you for reaching out and pointing this out to us. We will work with Best Buy to correct this error. The TL-SG1024D is not POE compatible. The highest port switch we currently offer in our unmanaged switch line with PoE is the 16-port TL-SG1218MP
