• If your FiOS service requires a FiOS gateway, you will need to keep using your FiOS gateway since it includes a modem. However, you can use the Archer C6 in conjunction with your FiOS gateway to provide dual-band AC1200 WiFi for your home. That being said, if your FiOS service is Internet-only, we recommend speaking with your FiOS provider to discuss what options are available to establish an Internet connection without requiring their gateway (i.e. an ONT) Regards, TP-Link Support
