150' 5G and 250' 2G is a realistic range if you don't have metal siding, brick, or thick walls in the way. If you set the 5G and 2G with different SSIDs via the website portal you can pick which frequency works best at your distance on your mobile device.

My best assessment would be 2,000 sq feet in a real-world environment. The V3 of the device is also EasyMesh compatible so if you need more range you can simply add another easymesh device to it and create a Mesh network
