“Im having issues with Chromecast (gen3) and Wi-Fi 6 Spectrum router. No devices (including cell phone) can see the Chromecast after setup complete. No AP isolation control. If the Chromecast is on 2.4 GHz and my phone on 6 GHz, Will this router help?”

Your devices should have no trouble connecting to this router, and to the Chromecast, as long as they are all connected to the router's network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This router allows me to connect everything to it, including a Gen3 Chromecast. From my research, Spectrum seems to make it possible for network steering, however, you have to call them to make the changes to the router. I would get network equipment you can self manage.
