• You should have ethernet cables for the devices you want to connect to it. You'll need to have a modem as well - this does not double as a modem and router.

• Hi Linda, This Archer Wi-Fi 7 Router needs to be connected to your existing Internet source (e.g., modem, ONT, gateway) using an Ethernet cable (one is included if you do not already have one). Once connected to your Internet source, the included Quick installation Guide will walk you through the quick and intuitive setup process.
