Does this auto switch from 2.4 to 5? null

If you have smart connect enabled then yes. Then you only see one network . And if disabled you willl see the 2.4 and 5g

You can set the router up to broadcast 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz on a single SSID. Doing so the router will determine the best band for a client connecting to use. This decision is done each time the client connects or the network refreshes IP addresses, about once every 24 hours.
