Yes. I have a similar detached garage where my current modem signal was very weak. The addition of the TP-Link AX3000 gave me a very strong signal in my garage.

If your garage is close to your home, and your router's Wi-Fi signal reaches the end of your home that is nearest to the garage, optimally placing the extender may help improve Wi-Fi connectivity at the garage location. However, if the garage is far from the home, an alternative, outdoor Wi-Fi solution - such as our Deco Outdoor products, may be worth considering.
