• I believe it requires the app to at least get it set up. I would just install the app on your phone and you can manage it for her. That would be the easiest and most sensible thing to do in my opinion and I don’t believe you need to be on the network to manage it through the app after the initial installation. Once it is set up and running you really don’t have to do anything with it, other than run updates from the app on occasion. Hope that helps.
