“I just purchased the deco AX4300 whole home mesh wi-fi 6 system. When my son connects the Ethernet to his gaming PC it is extremely slow (9.7 mbps). Is there a number I can call to get assistance? I feel like we are doing something wrong.”

I would first ask if he's connecting his ethernet cable to the 2.5G spot on the unit, and then I would ask if the unit itself is actually getting a good enough connection from the main Deco (I'm assuming it's not the main one). Please also ensure that the cable is a proper CAT-6 or CAT-7 cable and not something older or rated for less speed. Also, it might seem like a no-brainer, but make sure the PC is trying to connect using Ethernet, because sometimes it doesn't automatically do it and will continue to try connecting through Wi-Fi. If none of that works, the number I found on Google is 1-866-461-3326.
