• Yes, I have Verizon fiber and use this as an extender. It works great, speed and connectivity is fantastic.

• Hi! The Deco XE75 Pro is not a traditional Wi-Fi extender; however, it can be used in either Router Mode or Access Point Mode with virtually any Internet provider, as long as the main Deco is connected via Ethernet cable to your existing Internet source.
