Does it work with a netgear router null

Hi Wen, Our Deco Mesh Wi-Fi Systems support operation in Router Mode (which replaces your existing router) or Access Point Mode. In both modes, the main Deco needs to be connected to your existing Internet source (modem, router, ONT, etc.) via Ethernet cable.
