“Why can’t I see the current image on my Kasa camera when I am away from home. I can only see recorded images.”

• You should be able to see the camera's live view directly within the Kasa Smart app. Simply tap on the camera under the Devices menu and the live feed will load. Regards, TP-Link Support

• You should just be able to click the “Watch Live Button.”. it’s on the same screen where the recorded videos are stored.
