Hi! No, in order for the camera to establish a connection with your phone, you must use the Kasa app to register a Kasa account and connect the camera to a nearby 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.U need the internet to be able to set it up and also to be able to establish that connection to be able to view the live and recordings in the SD card. MUST have internet, but the good thing is that u dont need a monthly plan for the camera.
