“Is this camera going to be discontinued? Multiple reports say TP Link is phasing out the Kasa system and switching to Tapo devices. Does this mean that in the near/distant future the Kasa app/services will be shut down/no longer supported? I'm in the US.”

Hi! TP-Link values the importance of not only our Kasa brand of products, but also the loyal and valued customers who have adopted our Kasa product lines. At this time, TP-Link does not have any plans to end the Kasa line, and we have more Kasa products currently launching.
