Doesn’t it compatible with 2.4 or 5ghz null

It works on your 2.4Ghz WI-FI. You may need to temporarily disable your 5GHz band while configuring and installing and then turn it back on when you're done. I didn't disable my 5Ghz band when I installed my gear and I had no problems.
