No, you cannot tilt the camera up/down, right/left from phone.

No. This camera cannot be remotely panned or tilted. I think they have another model that costs about 2X what this one costs with that capability. It does have the ability to vertically flip the image so you can choose to mount it from the bottom or the top. The field of view is very wide so unless you want to pan all the way around a room it might not be necessary.

No you are not able to move the cam from app. What I did was positioned the Camera in an angle of the room I can cover most area. You can zoom from the App.
