- A:Answer Iris - You can connect the Kasa Spot camera to any smart phone (iPhone or Android), tablet (iPad, etc.) or smart device (Alexa, Echo Dot, etc.). The camera can then be controlled through these devices. Set-up for the smart phones and tablets is easy after downloading the Kasa application, however, the smart devices will take an extra few steps. You will then have the ability to control your Kasa cameras from anywhere in the world where you have internet connectivity.

- A:Answer Yes! It automatically records motion and saves I believe 2 days of footage without a subscription. You can also manually record at any time through the phone app. To make sure you don't lose recordings, you can download to your phone before they expire.
