- Answer As of right now, you will have to use the 2.4 network but most networks offer that option. I didn’t know that until I went to connect them. This camera rocks btw. It’s half the price of most cameras in the same category and has more functionality. I use these in my business and my home.

- Answer Yes it will do that very well. Talking works (press to hold) bug you can use another network or cell data or whatever. Great product.

QuestionI installed this camera last week and inserted a micro SD card for recording. When I pull up the app on my android phone, it shows the recordings but when I try to play them back, it only gives me a few seconds and then goes back to the live view. Fix?

- Answer Sounds like a glitch in the app. Try deleting the app and then reinstalling it. The less likelier reason is that their is something wrong with the micro sd card. In that case try reformatting it with the app. Doing this will make you lose all content.

- Answer I would have to say no. The app is not available for windows that I can find. If there is a way, I wouldn't know. Perhaps you could stream it from your phone and record that way, but why? Just get an SD card. It takes a 128gig. Micri-SD card. That's a lot of space. Good luck

QuestionI am debating getting this to aid in training a dog. I need to be able to monitor 2 separate rooms. Can I have 2 cameras in 2 different rooms and be able to connect and switch viewing back and forth between them???

- Answer I can't answer your question. I wouldn't waste my time with any TP-Link cameras. They will work fine at first, for a time. The minute something with your network changes, or if you disable them (and they go offline) you will NEVER be able to get them to connect to your network, ever again. They will persistently time out before you can get them to connect. They are worthless. I had a set of the Pan & Tilt, as well as a set of the KC120 . This always occurs outside of the return window time frame. Stuck with $200 of worthless cameras.

- Answer Not unless you have the same SSID/password for 2.5 as you do with 5 otherwise if you only have 5 it will not work

- Answer During setup the app will want your camera and device on the same wifi for initial settings. Part of which has you choosing the wifi net the camera will use. The camera will only "see" 2.4 options.

- Answer Videos are saved onto a micro SD card (not included). They may be accessed and viewed remotely using the Kasa app. The camera pan and tilt can also be controlled with the app.
