Yes, these bulbs can be used in a fixture with its own dimmer. The bulbs of course can be dimmed on their own independently.

However, the fixture's dimmer cannot be used to dim the bulbs; it would need to remain set to 100% brightness to ensure proper power delivery to the bulbs at all times, and you would then dim/control the bulbs using supported methods, such as the Tapo app, voice assistant integration, etc.
