“Shortly after the locks were installed by a Best Buy tech, we noticed the deadbolt was encountering friction during locking, causing lock jams. Now it often requires manual intervention. Seems like deadbolt/strike hole is out of tolerance. Suggestions?”

This is an installation issue. I installed myself on 3 doors and I had to trim out some wood on one door to make the deadbolt fit correctly.
