Q: QuestionCan you use these three cameras at three different locations (e.g. different wireless networks)?

- A:Answer I added just one to my house, then used the other two at my parent's home. I suspect you could even have them in the same proximity and still specify separate networks to connect to...they do not (to my knowledge) peer-to-peer and are each an independent device. If I recall, they must connect to 2.4GHz networks. Note, when it first booted and detected motion, it alarmed quite alarmingly, so if you do not want the camera to sound an alarm when detecting motion, then you need to disable this once you configure the camera. Regardless, it is not a good idea to first-boot these late at night when the rest of the family is asleep, as it is quite loud.

Q: QuestionCan more than one person have access to the app at the same time?

- A:Answer Yes… in the app. The other people you want to give access to have to download the Tapo app and set up an account. You can then select an individual camera and go to settings. In the settings menu you can click on “share device” and then enter the Tapo ID (email) of the person (or persons) you want to share it with.

Q: QuestionWe live in Colorado where the temperature can get below -4 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. Does the camera just stop working when it’s that cold and start back up again when the temp is above -4? Or does it stop working and can no longer be used?

- A:Answer Hi CTK, We cannot guarantee functionality and longevity if the camera is exposed to elements outside its specified operating temperature range. Whether it will suddenly stop working depends on how far outside the specification range the temperature is and how rapidly it reaches that point. It may begin with poor performance and network degradation and potentially reach a point of full loss of function. We do not recommend using the camera outside this range, especially since its operational reliability is key for home monitoring.

How powerful you router is, how many walls are between the Wi-Fi source and the camera, how thick the walls are, how many electrical devices between the router and the camera, and more. Generally speaking, if you have a good router, your souls really need able to connect within 100 feet unless there are too many walls.

Q: QuestionHow long is the storage time with sd card storage per different size sd cards. Do I need a card for each camera?

- A:Answer A card is needed for each camera. We use 256 GB cards in each with 228 GB available for storage. After some 2 months, our most active camera in the front has 6.2 GB stored; the least used camera has 0.2 GB stored. You can download recorded clips for preservation.

- A:Answer I believe it only works with the proprietary app. So, if you happen to have a large tablet, then use that. PS. It has to be compatible with the playstore, and it must be a newer device or the app won't work on it.
