Good morning, Shanti. A service card can be purchased at Best Buy and added to your phone. However, this might be a TracFone service that needs to be scratched off to reveal the service PIN. On the other hand, they might have a printing machine for TracFone service cards; this receipt will have the 15-digit service PIN.
