Thanks for response. However, when I get to the point of entering my Tracfone #, I punch the numbers in at the indicated box, but the numbers do not show up in the box. I am in area code 256 and the first number of the area code shows up, but no others. I think the problem may be related switching between the numbers and the alphabet. As you may have guessed , I am not real savvy on these gadgets. Thanks for help, BLC34
