I just tried the link from Adrianne and got nowhere. I cannot text 611611 because tracfone dropped my service. My paid for service was done away with.

No notice until when they actually discontinued support. The message said my service would be ending soon, not immediately. Free phone upgrade. No phones in stock. Got the run around for hours. I would switch carriers now but I had just spent $200 on more minutes less than a month ago. Wouldn't it have been nice to know my service was being dropped then?!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That happened to me too. Verizon bought out TracFone. Cutting people off without notice is Verizon's operandi. They did that when changing from copper wiring to fiber. For a communication company they are not very good at communicating.

Can not get the phone to work. Will not even let me text 611611. Have contacted customer service many times with absolutely no help. Keep you on hold for over 1/2 hour. Worst service ever!!! Totally discussed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had purchased a new unlocked VoLTE compatible GSM phone just prior to the network switch in early 2022. Was working fine until ~ Aug and Tracfone disabled my SIM without warning despite them still supporting GSM until 2024. Wasted 6 hours, speaking with 8 agents trying to get it resolved but they were rude and incompetent. Ported my # to Red Pocket, paying half what Tracfone was, and their agents were actually prompt and helpful.
