Depending on which phone you choose, many of them are triple in, minutes, text, and data. And they are good for 90 days. Then you will need to add more, however any unused minutes, texts, and data will roll over when you add the next 90 day plan giving you more time for you money!

• A:Answer I have had a few of these over the years and the truth is, they don't a case. The reason I only ever have had to replace them is when I lose them. I had my last one for about four months, dropped it anywhere from fifty to a hundred times in that time and it never broke the screen or really became damaged at all... flip phones are just more practical for everyday use and more durable than smartphones in every way!!!, Smartphones are GREAT "hand-held computers" but they make terrible daily use cell phones. If you d still want a case, usually if BestBuy sells the phone, they wiill sell some cases for it also...

• A:Answer The cell system tracks it as long as it is turned on. I have never tried to access that data, I believe that you have to pay for it. However, it does have the GPS receiver that can record a latitude and longitude when you request it to do so through one of the available apps.

• A:Answer I was told by Tracfone that you can now only use a phone as a hotspot if you buy a specific $40/month plan. I had found it useful to use my flip phone (othet kind, not Alcatel myflip) as a hotspot. When it stopped working tthat way, i thought something was wrong with my phone. I asked about it on the chat and was told i can no longer use that feature of my phone. I'm unhappy with this reduction of service.

• A:Answer No, you have to use TracFone pre-paid cards for service. I have been using it for years and customer service is great and I have never had any problems making or receiving calls. And the service is $20 a mo. unlimited talk & text plus 1gb of data. Even if you could use at&t service I don't know why you would want too... you'll only pay more for the same service you get from TracFone for half the price...
