- Answer Hi. This is Katrina from TracFone Wireless. All New TracFone Smartphone releases will no longer have Triple Minute Plan benefits. However, TracFone customers who will do an upgrade from the current TracFone device (with or without Triple Minute Plan) will have the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new handset (Smartphone). - Answer I have not encountered this problem with my phone, but an internet search comes up with either a poor signal from the cell network your phone is trying to use or you inadvertently entered an invalid code (entered an * or # on the phone and it is an invalid code entered. Hope this helps. If not, try entering "Connection problem invalid MMI code" in an internet search engine like Google.

- Answer YES. This phone is WIFI capable. The WIFI is on by default. You must click the icon on the main screen to turn it off. The "Anonymous" answer is WRONG.
