A:Answer I have Tracfone and so does my brother. He needed something easier than his LG Android. I bought him the Alcatel A206 which is a simple flip phone. Problem is Tracfone said they will not transfer minutes or service days when stepping down from the Android. The flip phone has a "double" minutes feature where the Android had "triple" minutes deal.
Strangely though, when they transferred his time and minutes, he ended up with more minutes and service than I expected. Not all of his time/minutes transferred but it seems like some did. But they'll tell you you will lose it all.
