1. They have unlimited talk and texts plans 2. Same features, but this phone you can pay as you go, or set up autopay depending on the plan you want. 3. You will need to go on tracfone.com to see the plans. 4. Anyone can get this tracfone. I bought this phone for my daughter. She loves it and has no issues. Hope this helps
