Make sure you’re on the screen with “Downloading… Do not turn off target“. Press and hold the power button, home button, volume down button at the same time. It’s important to press them at the same time. Keep them pressed until the screen goes black, then release all buttons. If your device doesn’t automatically reboot, press the power button yourself.
