“I had a TracFone that used a carrier that was Safe Link Wireless, I purchased a new phone and tried to connect it to that account and it is not registering the network should I buy a new SIM card and see if that works. Customer service can't figure it out”

If you now have tracfone, this works. You cant beat the price
