• It comes with three SIM cards for carriers AT&T, Verizon, and T-mobile. I chose AT&T because that's what been working for me in my area. It should fit any iPhone. I've used them in two iPhone 5s, and more recently in a iPhone se(2020). BTW, the sim cards are used for tracfone activation, not for memory expansion so I don't think Android or iOS operating system really matters.
