• It will work, but customer service with Safelink and Tracfone sucks especially if you are trying to port your phone number from another carrier to your SafeLInk account using a smartphone. Tracfoneh had me purchasing an airtime card just to do so.

• Good morning, Edlc. It sure will. We are now accepting Smartphones to be used with SafeLink Wireless. You may activate a TracFone Android phone or use your old phone (from another company).
