Katrina, like any other Tracfone rep, has very limited knowledge of their products and system. The truth is, wifi calling does NOT work with the AT&T sim. It should work with T-Mobile though. I am not sure about Verizon, as my phone is gsm. The trouble with T-Mobile is a poor to nonexistent signal in large buildings. So, no wifi calling for me.
