• From my experience yes you can but you will need to contact Tracfone Customer Service and give them your new sim card number because your old sim will still be connected to your phone's IMEI number. Safety precaution by Tracfone so that no one can use your phone with just a new sim in case you misplace it or it is stolen from you.
