You should be able to transfer your minutes when you activate the new Tracfone.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure but I was able to transfer a phone number and unused minutes from one flip phone to a new one. Just follow the instructions and call trac fone. They are a great help and I was totally satisfied with their customer service.
