QuestionWhat does it mean when the TracFone representative says "we need to rebrand the phone" in answer to a question? Does that mean you need to call TracFone CS and have them provide you with a code to punch in and reprogram the SIM card? Something else? What?

- Answer We put the sim card from our old phone into this new phone and it activated itself. All contacts everything was there.

- Answer Hi. This is Janet from TracFone Wireless. With TracFone LG Classic Flip, you can enter only one phone number in every contact account saved. As for picking up a call, there is only one way to do it. Just press the SEND key when you see an incoming call pops up on the screen. Have a nice day!

- Answer This phone does not show info. You have to text to get minutes and service days left. The only other way is to log into the account and request data info. This phone isn’t user friendly. I had another Tracfone called The Big Easy. I hate that this phone has been discontinued. Plus this phone ends calls abruptly. Please do not purchase.

- Answer You can buy a card to put minutes on it. Just like most other prepaid phone you will have a end date so you will have to get another card to keep it going. If I were you I would check out the phone card deals on the tracfone website. My dad bought this phone and then purchase his time online and it was valid for a year, I don't remember all of the details for that plan. They may have at the store too. I just looked and the one he got was unlimited talk and text for a year for $200. I hope this helps
