YES! For future reference, BestBuy.com's website has THE BEST "Specification" chart for all of their prepaid phones that I've seen thusfar. That is where you will find out ALL of the specifications or "specs" for the phone. To find the answer to your question (GSM or CDMA Network), you need to go the BestBuy.com webpage for the exact phone model. Once on the page (for this phone it will be this page: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/tracfone-lg-journey-aurora-black/6373971.p?skuId=6373971 ), you need to scroll downward. On the right-hand side of the page, as you scroll downward, you will see the name of the phone, followed by Model and SKU#, then the suggested price amount, followed by "add to cart," which would be your option to purchase it immediately online (for fellow web users not quite used to making online purchases yet). Keep scrolling downward just a little bit more, and you will pass the "People also viewed" section, in which you may see picture images of similar phones. Right below those pictures you will see the following terms: Overview Specifications Reviews Questions & Answers From the Manufacturer You want to click on "Specifications." You will then need to scroll down until you get toward the bottom of that section. Keep looking toward your left-hand side for the term "Network." THIS is the gold-standard for BestBuy.com, in my opinion, because it is pretty difficult or at least time-consuming to find this online. Even LG may not have this listed. You will see under "Network," "Network Type" and a little "i" for additional information explaining a bit what this term means in the cell world. Anyway, under "Network Type," you will see either CDMA or GSM or perhaps, both CDMA and GSM. In addition to that, BestBuy.com REALLY goes the distance and gets into the specific signals or bands or whatever other deeper technical specs ANYONE could possibly EVER need OR WANT to know about what TYPE of GSM and/or CDMA signals or whatever are used by this phone. I don't know SQUAT about that stuff, so I am probably utilizing the wrong terminology, but you'll see on the site. Keep whatever information is useful to you and yours, and discard the rest! HTH (Hope This Helps)! And I hope, should you purchase this phone, that you will come back to BestBuy.com and provide a review of what you liked, didn't like, about the phone, how you used it (uploading many videos to FaceBook, or watching many videos via some streaming video supscriber's service, or just sending out texts sans images and a couple of emails via Wifi. When users leave reviews, it helps others make wiser purchases. That said, only do so if you feel comfortable, privacy wise, as this is YOUR private phone, and YOUR information, so keep it to yourself if you that is best for you, my friend)! Cheerio(s), GrapeNuts, and FruitLoops! LOL! Ciao!
