“Can I use this phone just to stream movies over Wi-Fi? I do not need to make any calls and I just need a device to watch movies. How much does it cost me to activate? I will not be using any type of data plan.”

• I used this lg journey for several months without "activating" it for phone service. It worked fine with my wifi at home. I didnt do movies but, could do anything on internet.
