• I found it incredibly easy to do that online through net10.com. Just create an account if you don't already have one; then activate the new phone, making sure to use the same phone number. Minutes always transferred automatically for me, and I did this at least half a dozen times. Many people complain about phoning Net10 (same company as TracFone and Straight Talk Wireless), though my calls went well more than half the time. I made few calls, because the Net10 site was so easy for me to use! Good luck.
