I really wish NET10 would provide clear (and consistent) information about this on their web site (and when calling Customer Service). I called NET10 last week and explicitly asked for a list of phones that were available as part of the pay-as-you-go system, and this is one of about 7 that were given to me. After looking at all of them, I decided on this one, but wanted to confirm that I could use it this way, and now you (another NET10 representative) tells me I can't. Why doesn't the web site explicitly spell out this information? Can you please explain to me what the difference is between the "monthly data service plan" and "monthly service plan" phrases used on the NET10 web site? My current phone and this phone use that phrase, as does a flip phone, so I had to assume all 3 were available using PayGo. Is it possible to get a real, valid list of all NET10 phones available in my area which can use the PayGo system (and are 3G, which is the reason I have to get a new phone in the first place, since AT&T has apparently shut down their 2G network in my area)?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good morning, Mark20. Your phone is fully compatible with any of our "Unlimited service plans". All of them offers unlimited talk and text along with certain data allotment to be used. Unfortunately, Smartphones are not compatible with our "Pay as you Go" service plans.
