• It should work fine! You should only need to purchase service if you want to have Mobile service. FYI: you can use 611611 by texting 'HELP', 'ADD' to add a plan, or 'BUY' to purchase minutes with a credit card. Note: 611611 is the equivalent for Tracfones. Hope this helps
