TracFone includes Basic International calling with all their plans, which allows you to call hundreds of international destinations at the same cost as a local call within the US. But if you want to USE the phone internationally (i.e., when you are in the other country): 1. You would have to unlock it first. Then, 2. You would have to find someone who sells an international prepaid plan compatible with the phone and use in specific countries.
