“I have been on the phone for over an hour with Tracfone customer service and still cannot activate the Wi-Fi calling. Why? Even used Motorola support on X and still nothing”

But not everyone knows that who works for them or other places so you can really get a runaround as to 50 million other things you can do that will not help your phone.
