Is this compatible with a track phone. null

It says tracphome but to use new phone with old #'s you might have to take to store to have them unlock it or you could share & have 2 phones & just forward messages?I don't know but you can get call forwarding from landlines...CA lifeline but if you have CA lifeline with internet it will charge your landline full price when it lessens internet best to only try one. It took 3 months to get my ca lifeline for $5.99 metered back after I got a free cellphone(didn't work, came in mail without asking & went dead(paid over $30 for 3 months) took a lot of calls to fix that one cuz it didn't even say At&t on box & threw box away too.Anger issues.
