I think if you get unlimited you get talk text and data. You can also just get a data card too.

Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. We do not offer Wi-Fi service. To access the internet, you can use the data minutes from your wireless service plan. Smartphones have separate buckets of units for voice calls, text messaging and data usage. Voice calls are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per minute. Text messages are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per text. Data is charged based on actual usage.
